I've had this for a while now, but at first it didn't grab me...but I've been listening to it this afternoon at full blast and it actually grew on me

 

One thing though, I do expect some harder stuff from Guy (well, under that alias anyway) so maybe it would've been betetr under another alias...Btu still, a very decent track, and Ican see this going down well on dancefloors.

Superb [censored] track, and IMO some of mister Mearns' best work.

 

 

Plus you've got the Kumara mix of Well Wicked on the flip, another top tune.

Nah, I wouldn't say it's one of Guy's best productions..His own tracks is waaaaaaaaay better than his remixes..His remix of Rob Tiserra's "Burning" was his best remix I fink..

 

I'm well keen to hear his remix of Lab 4 - Candyman tho !!! I just hope it's gonna be hard and evil as the original

Surely that would defeat the object of him making his own remix??

Which brings me to an intersting point, why do people always moan 'wasn't as hard/fast/trancy as the original? the whole point of a remix is its taking the tune into a different light, making it different to its original form.

yea, I get wot u mean Andy, but Guy is gonna make a lot of enemies if he makes a 'fluffy' remix of a Lab 4 tune, especially Candyman. U should've seen the outrage in the Bangingtunes forum about it.
