thats what happens when u stomp like a loon all nite hehehe

 

people take the piss out of me for it, but i really don't think its cos they think it thru....

 

before i go clubbing i stock up on all the things i need for after clubbing.

 

this includes slim fast. you don't have to be on a diet to drink it - its a meal replacement drink. Nourishment is another one, but i don't like how it tastes (like tiptop).

 

so everyone out there losin too much weight - try a slimfast sometime, or eat bananas. or drink lucozade or non-diet drinks....

paul - im gonna take ur advice on that one nxt time im out. slimfasts all the way im thinking cuz i normally eat nothing b4 i go out.

i think pasta is asking a bit too much of me yet... but just 4 u paul ill try and eat pasta b4 my nxt raving mission!

salad (espesh tomatos) and orange juice and tea after

I don't know how i did it, but I gained half a stone this weekend

 

Normally, I'll lose about that, and then put it back on by tuesday/wednesday.

 

Whats happening? I only ate a packet of starbursts sunday

Aww Groovy, get some carbs down your neck lovey. You wanna be eating at least 2500 kcals (calories) a day, particularly if ur very active.

 

I've found the best way to gain weight is to eat a high carbohydrate diet - full of pasta, bread (go for wholemeal, it's healthier), potatoes and rice and fruit. Carbs are what our bodies use for energy.

 

Trust me, you'll pile it on. And if u eat at least an hour before u go out clubbing, you won't throw it back up!
