I blame the police for that.

 

They were way too heavy handed. People are naturally going to fight back if there's a confrontation like that.

 

You could hear the women screaming and eye whitnesses say that everyone, women included, were getting hit indiscriminately. That's not crowd control, that's battery.

i blame the number of people smoking dope - clearly not enough. maybe it's too expensive out there or the dealers are hard to find.
