That's right, they all have different frequency profiles.

 

I believe white noise is the only type of noise where all frequencies are at the same amplitude. (If you draw a graph then it's just a solid rectangle.)

yup - tis just extreme distortion.... all peaks + troughs 'clip' and are so harsh they litterally merge into one-another...

Did this get played on Sat night?

 

There is a choon, with a couple of seconds of NOISE, that doesnt sound like it should be there, but is. And sounds cool as [censored].
