Well, I started clubbing just over a month after his death. Everyone was talking about how great he was, and I'm so glad I've got to hear his music since.

 

The fact that his memory does live on, and we still do get to hear his talent does a few things:

 

- It leaves a legacy for all clubbers, and DJs - a story of great talent, of breaking down barriers between communities, for standing up for yourself and believing in yourself.

- He raises an awful lot of money for charity, even after his death.

No - he died of Bronchial Pneumonia.... the reason he died was because of bone marrow failure brought about by the aids virus (aids doesnt kill ya - it fucks up your immune system making other virus' a lot harsher on your body)
