well in my personal view i think its a combination of the 2. yeah they r trying 2 prove their masculinity but i also think it has a lot 2 do with ignorance and them thinking they will come on to them.

just becuase someone is gay doesnt prevent them from becoming attached to someone. yeah im sure lots of gay men [censored] around when they are younger, BUT SO DO STRAIGHT PEOPLE... when they are older from my experiance of gay men is that they settle down into relationships, although i do admit that from the gay people i know, although these become serious relationships lasting several years they arent life long. but i think this could be something to do with the fact they cant get married, so its much easy to up and leave after an arguement compared to if u have the legal ties of a marriage.

 

Personally don't give a [censored] if someone is straight/gay/bi, if I get on with someone, I get on with them, simple as... If I don't get on with them then they'll know about it...
