I had a great idea for a banter tin once - similar to a sardine tin, but completely empty. Market it as a conversation starter, as whenever the party or whatnot was slowing down, or really hadn't started, you could get out your banter tin and people would ask 'what's that?' and you could confidently reply 'a banter tin', and therefore the banter would be created.

 

I also had the idea for a rechargeable version, with a resealable lid, that could be recharged with random sentences written on the convenient strips of paper to be found inside, using the banter pencil also inside. At moments of high banter saturation, the ideas would be noted down, and the fully charged banter tin could then be given/sold to a banterless person, to generate a banterous lifestyle for him/her and their banterless friends.

 

 

And if that isn't banter, I don't know what is.
