but it seriously is poo, i mean they cant even give you the right number to call, i was on the phone for over 45 minutes and i only had a simple question which was, why arnt u takin money out of my account anymore. i thought they would of been interested in knowing this themselves, but no, they give me another number to call, i phoned every fookin NTL HQ in the uk and none of them knew why, turned out that the mastercard which was used to pay the bills was expired, and it was the bank who told me that

Not only do that have Welsh people working for them, they have Welsh people like Maria.
