Well, as I got nicely informed today at work Im off to London for 2 weeks for a training course. Which in our terms means learn quickly and drink lots.

 

God knows where Im going though, think Ill be near Park Street (theres a HSBC on there, ie who i work for :-p)

Even lived there for a (short) while, and used to visit most weekends for a few years....

 

I don't think it's right for everyone, and I think it gets a bad reputation in a lot of ways - and that's usually from people who have never been.

I hate Newcastle/Sale/Wigan/Chester. I've never been to any of them, but they must be grim as it's up north and there are geordies/mancs/scallies there, everyone's poor and they hate southerners etc etc etc.
