change your clothes as soon as u get in home and if u have left your bedroom windows open then turn your pillows over wen u go bed (the pollen settles on everything) that just helps it overnight, always works for me

I hate hayfeva, its the pits. I never used to have it till last year. Thankfully its not that bad, just itchy eyes and blocked nose no sneezing as of yet.
