I'd make them play the I don't like mondays by the boomtown rats on the mouse organ a la Month Python for their weekly task.

i would make them for there weekly task prod each other with cattle prods and the first one to wimp out gets a good kicking!! This would be highly amusing to watch

I'd make them crawl. naked, over a cargo rope made of razor wire before bathing for an hour in ice cold TCP.

for the men they would have to slide down a razor sharp banister and use their bollox as brakes, and then fall into a bucket of vinager!!
