I'm slightly confused. The prices being stated on the other posts were anything from 30 euros - 60 euros per night per room. There were also a couple of comments about it being £20 per person per night based on 2 sharing - so thats £280 each for 14 nights. It looks like its suddenly shot up to £400 each?! On top of the flights Ive paid for thats £530 for a 2 week holiday which is pretty crazy as I could be in a lush hotel for that. Are you sure this is £400 each or in total for both me / maria.

 

The guide i can go on though is that it was 30 euros per night per room when we stayed there.

 

Ive been quoted a price of £197 per person for the whole 14 nights - thats based on 3 people sharing a room. I am trying to currently get them down in price at the moment as i think this is gonna be too high.

 

Thats not too bad for 10 days - works out at £10 per head per day if there are 4 people sharing. If 2 people sharing its £20 per head - sorted!

 

I am still trying to get the price down a bit more yet though - if we all book at once we get a further 5% discount.

Total Cost of Room per night = 65 euros ( 16.25 euros per person based on 4 sharing) - approx £10 per person per night if there are 4 sharing.

 

 

It IS alot of money when you think about it, as we have the flights already booked.

 

How come the cost of the accomodation has gone up so much?

 

I cant only think the prices are wrong because £530 for a 2 week holiday with 500-1000 spending money - you may as well go Thailand! I went thailand for £1,000 and £400 spending money :S

Yeh - we noticed it too - we'd worked it out at £10 - £11 at most a nite - now the holiday has bumped up £57 each - (more if we dont find anyone to share), I know its still a good deal if its better apartment and looking at other places on the net its still cheap but if we'd known we prob wouldnt have booked the flights so early on n chanced a late deal.

I may well have to try and change my easyjet flights to just one 1 instead of the booked 2 - not sure if they do this though

James, you can't do math. 396 * 2 = 792. 792/15 = 52.80 per room per night. 52.80 / 4 = 13.20 per person per night based on 4 sharing. Which is the figure I remember Sarah quoting. Same goes for you Tash, not sure how you get your figures.

 

Yeh I know its £13.60 a nite now! But before we booked as James quoted in the thread we were quoted £10.00 a nite - thats £3.60 a night difference that for James n Maria not having anyone else sharing works out £14.40 per night dearer than the original price!

James you are forgetting that you are staying for 15 nights and that there are only 2 of you in the room. Our room works out at £136 (£13.60) per person per night but there are 4 of us sharing and only for 10 nights.

It hasnt gone up so much - it still works out at £13.60 per person per night if there are 4 of you sharing - where else can you get that so cheap in August/Sept. The problem is that people are wanting a room desiged for 3/4 to share for just 2 people and some are staying for 15 nights - of course that makes the price look a lot more.

When we stayed there it worked out at £10 per person per night but there was myself, james & andy so it was cheap - it was also in June.

It seems like everyone that has 4 people sharing are totally happy with their price & everyone else thinks its expensive.

Where else can you get top location, private pool & aircon though for that sort of price. If there are 2 of you sharing its still only £27 per person - is that really that expensive?

Whats an extra £3.60 ? The price of 1/2 a drink out there.

Ive tried to work miracles getting this sorted in the first place & getting it this cheap has been a mission.

Take it or leave it but i need to know asap
