what a cracking tune this actually is. heard this for the first time last month and i thought it was amazing.

 

then it was only today that i found out it's the Puffster. aaarrgggh!!! no fair!! what with Darren Emerson being involved with it, and Deep Dish on the mix, it could have been such an awesome tune, and then i found out who it was and i got really embarrassed for liking it.

 

i do still like it but it's a shame that it'll get totally overplayed and ruined. [censored]!

Agreed its is a fooking awesome track, and yes i was a little gutted when i found out it was Mr Diddy.

 

Ah well, still tops and sure to be overplayed. Jo Whiley is even playin it on radio one during the day!!!!

i have decided i'm going to like this track for a period of two weeks. afterwards i'll decide it's [censored] and not like it any more. but in the meantime, wheeeyyyyy. top tune.

I dunno. I never had a problem with "who" did the tune as opposed to how it sounds. To me, if P Diddy can get a track that sounds that good together, I'll buy it.

 

I've seen tracks made by respectable names that sucked as well. If you like Let's Get Ill, then buy and play it. Who cares if Puffy is involved. It's all about the music itself.

 

i suppose its like that radiohead tune being played in techy sets. u wouldnt expect it as its radiohead, yet it should work so well

yes, i probably would buy it too. i do think it's a good enough track to try and get over the stigma of who it's by. but thing is, because it is Puffy, it'll be massively over-played in the clubs and on the radio, and that means it'll start to grate on me pretty quick. hearing it on the radio a bit even now, and it's not even out for four weeks yet. shame, because it's a nice track that will be killed by too much airplay. IMHO
