I wasnt going to bother posting this but I then I thought why not. This was mostly played live straight out of my synth to Cubase to record audio, but then with another couple of VSTis over the top, but I havent spent any time on setting up the levels correctly or compressing etc. - there is also far too much going on at one point lol

 

My problem is I get too bored of all that and just prefer playing short melodies, which is why I've now moved onto the next one !

 

This was done last weekend (after I finally got a desk set up at home lol), god knows if it even falls into a genre lol, but what I want to do long term is more trancey stuff (i think :s)

The melody is nice I like the chords very uplifting. Obviously the production is naff but for a first attempt it's pretty damn good you know, musically wise. Tho that production's rough as fuck but it'll get better with more tunes made.

i know there is a shit load of work to do but i feel i'm starting to make some progress now (however slow), its all about time management i guess ! I have things in my head which i need to lay down but they are not coming out as planned yet ! lol

I really like this James... it builds really well and feels as if you kept going with it then it could be a really uplifting hands in the air floor filler...
