anything likechocolates that r sitting in a bowl in an inviting way, just have to be consumed. i work in the community and 8/10 patients tend to have these inviting things on offer all the time.....

 

thing is though 1 just isnt enough, and after the first one, by fuck could i break their other arm for another,
