anyone got any good hangover cures!!

 

cant shift this one, keep going dizzy everytime i move

    two alkazeltza in a small glass of water PLINK PLINK FIZZZZ!! That should settle stomach, clear headache, then follow it up with some toast bacon, sausages and scrambled egg with a cuppa tea!! fag afterwards and then suddenly ur thinkin lets go the pub! thumbs.gif

    Coke is good for the stomach, it has a similar Ph to that of the acid in your stomach helps settle the Ph back to normal. Eggs are good as well. Avoid aspirin or paracetamol as these can damage your liver in high doses, normally not a problem but in conjunction with a night of boozing its not a good idea. Fresh air (walk or do something that gets the heart rate up) and then a food in the afternoon/evening. Eat fruit and vegetables.

    On a day like this take a cold bath and just relax. That should get rid of the hangover.
