You certainly WOULD have thought so! Mine does, but it's not great, so it's supplemented with those cheap fans from argos.

Our air cons at work haven't worked for the two years I've been there... There's asbestos in the roof, and so no-one would touch them to repair them. There's 60 - 80 people in our office, each with 2 - 4 computers... A lot of heat with no opening windows.

 

The other year they got in mobile ones, which helped albeit everyone would keep nicking them....

 

Last year they didn't get anything in... Tight fisted bastards we cooked.

 

This year, I was expecting the same but returned today to find that they've actually found someone mug enough to [censored] around in the ceiling... And it works! Yay!

Ours works in the winter, dont in the summer, stupid fuckers.
