Onion rings are minging. they are like little rings of grease...hash browns are just as bad but they are little grease sponges.

Fried onions..NO!!! Raw onions are gorgeous...frying them takes all the flavour away.

 

Pickled onions are defo the best though...especially silverskins.

If we're going to get on to picled onions its got to be the big brown ones that look like your gran has made them. Picled onions are gorgeous, but I cant stand anthing else thats pickled.... oh, apart from beet root
