did the washing up liquid keep ur skin safe from the suns rays in the end?

wft washing liquid is he mad, might as well just but baby oil on, or sun factor duh, if he is burn't can we touch it till he cries

to fair - it wasnt his fault. sum dozzy twat put wassing up liquid in the suntan lotion bottle. no 1 relised until he started to smell funny
