You can name and shame but if you keep naming and shaming the same people over and over again it loses effect and the rest of the board get very very bored of hearing it - no matter how bad it is.

 

There are 3 people I dont get on with on this board (yes, only 3!) but I never make a point of naming and shaming them and slating them - where would that get me??? They know who they are and they know we dont really get on. end of.
