At my previous (thank god!) job we were allowed to have 2 breaks and a lunch, but everyone always worked thru their breaks. When i first started, i sat down to eat a bag of crisps and ended up gettin bitched about frm everyone! How [censored] up! I felt guilty about goin for lunch or anythin after that!

Everyone needs breaks at work otherwise you'll end up wearing urself out!

Correct. If not then regular 10 / 15 minute breaks.

We get a 10 minute break every 2 hours - but even they are delayed if it is busy. We also get a 10 minute personal break to take that when ever we want. Again, this is also delayed if it is busy. Then if it comes to like, 2 hours b4 the end of the shift, we aint allowed to take them.

If ur workin at a computer screen then u should have a 5 minute break away from the computer screen every hour apparantly, we thats what its said in a few jobs iv had along with mini breaks and lunch breaks!!

I work 8hrs and only get half hour with no other breaks! Its a killer when i'm on the 6-2 shift, cos i can't eat in the morning, so i have to really force myself to eat!
