I managed to lose 1/2 st!1 I am under 11 stone for the first time in about 18 months

Just so you all know, one of my friends is a qualified personal trainer and hes told me that weight dont mean [censored] seeing as muscle is heavier than fat.You should really start thinking about losing INCHES.

Its been proven that dieting doesnt work, you can eat ANYTHING you want, all that matters is getting enough regular exersice. If you diet all you are doing is cutting out nutrients and minerals from your daily intake that your body needs.

Just as an example...when I got divorced I weighed 11.5 stone and had a 34 inch waist...within 6 months I had lost 4 inches off my waist and GAINED half a stone. I feel so much better for it now aswell.
