u keep saying that ur eqs don't cut enough so i have managed to find the perfect mixer for you:

 

TASCAM X-9

each eq cuts by up to -40db (didn't notice how much it goes up to tho) as opposed to -26 or -30 on other mixers and the frequency on each eq is fully adjustable as well making it the ultimate mixer for eq control

 

pity about the high price tag tho

sweet - i'm after a new mixer.

i'm not as fussed about gain as you shouldnt really need to gain the eq's much in the mix

 

is it 3 channel though?

its 4 channel and apparently the best 4 channel mixer on the market

 

the £899.99 price tag kinda shows that tho, but it has a really nice feel to all the faders and everything, and i have a different tascam mixer and it is amazing

 

and i don't think its gain that u change, jus tthe frequencies of sound that ur eqs affect (ie make it just bass that is affected or make it so that the mid and treble are also affected when u cut the bass for example
