I've hardly seen Lashes play a bad set, she did a lot to make the scene popular and before she got old and leathery she was quite a looker.

 

She's also a really nice lady.

Lashes was completely trashed and off her head last time I saw her out and fooked up big time with her set ... not quite the professional, digging her own Dj grave imo.

I agree that she has done alot to populate the scene - but, I think the past 2 years I have gone off her.

 

I remember when I used to make last minute dashes up to Birmingham to go see her play at the Accademy (sp) and also at DNA for the SundiSSential events. I loved her ! Couldn't get enough of her. But she has gone down the scale in my expectations of her - but I do also agree that she is a lovely lady.

arial: i respect that andy is doing something a little different and he has cirtinally achieved alot for it. i've just not taken to his unique blend of the top 40 intermixed with tunes that have already been tried and tested hundreds of times.

erm lisa lashes seen her mees up far too many times for my liking,only positive thinbg i can say about her now is she gets the crowd going,i just dont think shes upto scratch technicly and her tune selection is a bit dodgy sometimes,havnt met her but im sure she is a nice lady/man

 

whitby in mym opinion the guy is different to everything else it gets a bit boring just watching djs beat match thats why im a big fan of his and cally and juice, a bit of scratching a few cheesy samples...im happy!

 

 

dawn yep a good selection of djs there ive got to admit i havnt heard a of about 2 or 3 in that list but karim always impresses me also a favourite dj, and how could i forget mark eg, wow this guy is legendary even if you font like his music you can watch him and just laugh at his craziness
