listenin to great music

 

wanderin around for half the festival not really going anywhere or doing anything in particular

 

bein with me friends(yes i do have sum!)

 

gettin totally totally wasted(doin more things than i should of-but felt fuckin fantastic!)

 

oh and the gettin used to bein caked in mud

 

I wasn't there you fools.

I had a great time, Tiesto and Van Burren were simply out of this world. The quality of the sound in the GK tent was impressive ([censored] knows what happened to the sound in the SunnyD tent).

 

The mud was annoying towards the end, but by then everyone was too munted to really care.

 

Shame, I didnt get to meet any CTwers apart from the ones that I was already with... although I think I did spot Bukey in the queue outside.

Ack... Should've said, "Hi!" I was wearing a t-shirt with "bukey" written on it in reflective squares (they hadn't fallen off by that point). Was with Bungle and Groovester...

Yeah it was you, I caught the "BUK" on your t-shirt. I was huddled under an umbrella with a few of my friends at the time...

Yup, once you're muddy and wet, that's it... Why worry about it?!?! Anyone wearing a coat or multiple layers (or those stupid plastic sandwich bags) were daft.

 

Multiple cloth layers = more to soak in the cold rain and pull it to your skin. And longer to dry off.

 

The air tempature was warm, even in the middle of the night... One t-shirt layer ensured you dried quicker in the tents, and skin's waterproof anyways...

 

And the plastic sandwich bags would just make you sweat, so you weren't any drier... And you looked stupid.

 

Oh well, next time, eh!

Somehow one of my mates managed to take 158 photos on his digital camera (not to mention the loads that he deleted), if I can figure out how to upload pics I'll try and put some in the photo forum, then you can positively identify the "umbrella peeps"!
