I am trying to upload a picture of 80 by 80 pixels and no matter on how much I decrease the quality of it, I cannot for the life of me get it down to 5000 bytes. I am saving as .jpeg .gif and .png and nothing is getting small enough. I m lowering the quality of the pics to the lowest and still not getting close to it and also the picture is too blurred to see it. Any tips?

Yeah finally sorted it, was using Photoshop and for some reason it was saving larger files than Paintshop Pro so used that in the end. Can't really see me though so may change it soon, at least now I can do it. Cheers folks
