Can anyone of you noice peeps out there, help me?

I am trying to copy a programme from my Pc downstairs on to disc, so that I can load it on to another pc... but not entirely sure how to do it!!

 

ANYONE??????????

Right click on the icon of the program and click on send to > disc

cheers rampage, that was what we thought but the disc won't load on the computer upstairs, so we can't install the programme. Any other ideas?

are you trying to copy a Program Application or just a document/text file or like an mp3 file etc.. ?

 

If its an intire application you will need the original setup files/disk/CDs - this WONT fit on one disk!

 

i would connect the two with an ethernet cable if you are running a network - but i doubt you are.

 

or burn the setup files to a CD ?

I have fruity loops on my pc downstairs & wanna put it on pc upstairs.... so will this not fit on to a cd then???

Speaking of which - does anyone fancy running me a copy off of Fruity Loops? (I'm a tight arse i know!!)

Fruity should copy to a cd no bother.

 

I normally just use my cd copying software that i use to burn my mix CDs (like nero or something) Just choose the data disk option and then drag and drop the program from your desktop in to it, then burn.

so I open up Nero, then drag the fruityloops from desktop into it then burn onto disc, YES?????????

 

I am totally useless with pc's etc!!

Download the triall version of floops studio 4 and i will send u reg key to make it full!!

lisa if ur online on both pcs, download floops studio 4 from www.fruityloops.com and ill send u reg key to make it full version, easier than keep copying isnt it - if uv not done it!!
