I think you should go for it, no mortgage to pay sounds like a good idea to me, you will have more money spare (hopefully). I know things like this needs great thought, but if you didn't want to move out, you would of never thought about it in the first place. So just GO for it. Your'll kick yourself if you don't

no problem, i wish i could do something like that to make me better off. I will be hopefully one day. If you have a bigger garden in new house than the one you have presently then thats a kick in the right direction surely, you can have loads of outdoor parties and bbq's.

ive got a massive garden here abe, it does my head in trying too keep it looking ok. im not a real gardener
