I'm considering changin my ISP @ home

What would everyone suggest?

I wanna be able to go on the net at anytime (day or night), not too botherered about Broadband - nothing over £30 a month please

you get broadband for under £30 a month go and have a search on the net, think ntl, blue yonder etc are ok apparantly, or bt!!
