I always spell your name right, don't I?

 

I see it like this. Cos I know you reasonably well, then if I'm talking directly to you on the board, I might use your real name to sound a bit more personal. But if I'm referring to you generally, or in conversation with other people, then I'll call you Mr Happy, or just Happy.

I prefer to use real names to some people and board names to others.... i guess it depends how much i talk to them and if i call them their board name usually... like i know Blinks real name but id never call him that, not cos he doesnt want me to either, just cos it isnt fitting with how we talk etc and i dont call him his real name to him any other time.... but others i will call by their real name if i use it when speakin to them normally.... i only think its a problem to se someones real name if they dont want u 2 or if its somethin like Reginald Harold Crinklebottom cos i know it would probably upset Tresh too much

cant see the problem myself, if the person realy doesnt want his/her real name on the board just say, innit!!!

 

& as stated earlier if we all used our real names, it would get confussing, wouldnt it!!
