well the london meetups are fortnightly, we just had one this wednesday on the 6th, so next one should be on the 20th august

 

Post not up yet as it's creamyc who normally bothers to stick it up and he's in scotland at the moment.

just had a thought though, the 20th is same week as the ctw picnic thing in hyde park so not sure whether everyone would be up for doing wednesday and saturday??

The mid-week drinks will go ahead regardless of attendance as many of us work close by anyway. Bare in mind that new members join all the time and people may be coming to the wednesday drinks and not necessarily the Saturday picnic.

 

Its important we keep them bi-weekly and not change dates or cancel so people dont have to keep checking if its this week we're having the drinks or not. Hopefully people will then automatically remember that there are drinks on a partciular week and then only have to check the forums to find out where.
