i need to get in the mood for going out tonight, i really cant be arsed cus i have a major hangover, im all sweaty and generally feel like poo!

 

hope it cools down later else sundissential is gonna have a club casualty (i dehydrate too quick)

 

anyone one got any get up and go remedies (that doesnt involve drugs or alcohol)

 

just want too sleep

Have a luke warm bath (cool ur down and freshen u up)

 

Glass of wine (take away the hangover cos hangover is ur body detoxin fromt he alcohol so put more alcohol in and should sort that out)

Drink lots of fluid to rehydrate yourself and have a nice cool shower to get rid of the sweat. Try some energy drinks which are glucose based like lucozade to help give u an extra boost of energy. Hope u have a fab nite at Sunny's

just try not to snort the glucose tablets like some people i know, *ahem*
