Do a search for ' said' on the search forum - e.g. 'james said' - and you will see a list of posts where people have replied to you (if they've quoted)

if you are that bothered you can always set a post reminder on the thread or even set it as a favourite - it will then inform you if there are new posts to the thread in your profile
