Last sunday was well wikid down there so goin again - to stomp end of the w/end away

I used to go to George IV or 414 on a Sunday afternoon, after a heavy Saturday, they can be good afternoons (esp the garden at George IV when it is Sunny)

George4 is great in the summer, with the beer garden, but it's a bugger when you fancy going back inside for abit, trip over everything.... feels like you have gone blind!!

BTW the George is a lot better now than it used to be! It's still the george but we have moved the bar (a while back) and we have a fantastic Air con system so It's not so much of a smoky sweat pit like it used to be!!!

Yeah I've nearly been over a few times myself on that!!

 

Still, it's handy for stomping on when the dancefloors busy/hot!

No! we jsut moved over the road after n sunbathed - think u was there too actually! We ended up gettin home about 5ish - I'm workin sunday mornin tho n Robs away til the afternoon, so we're comin down for the evenin 4 a bit - r u comin?

 

Btw yeh the air con def worked last wk - we didnt realize quite how hot it was til we came out at 2

Was quite refreshin bein inside the george

Yea, I was tripping over in there - but it's sooo much nicer than 414!!

Ooh I like them both, both have plus & downsides!! G4 for the stage thing & 414 for the bloody spirral staircase!!

Ain't been to G4 since it was refurbished, I take it that it is worth a visit

I spent my **th birthday in G4, after having being dumped in the fountain at Trafalgar Square 4am..you never realise how busy London is on a sunday, until you have to get the tube home alone, bolloxed in a n outfit your "friends" bought at charity shops!!

lol - nearly as bad as time I went George 4th n went back to my bfs after n had to get the tube home on a monday mornin in my fluffy boots, well I ended up nicking his jeans coz the site was jsut too frightenin for the commuters - still felt well para with a huge pair of jeans rolled over at the waste with huge fluffy feet sticking out al the way home!
