Agree with what you say, but dont tarnish every doorman with the same brush.

ps. 'Bouncer' is a politically incorrect word =)

have to disagree Maria......there are pricks out there but they are mainly the ones that work independantly, my brother in law runs Leics office of the first leisure group (which is a huge company) and all his doormen have to have clean criminal record, undergo thorough training (even if they have been a doorman for 20 years)....your only allowed to defend yourself, and this is because of what illigitamate doormen used to do.

its amazing how they pick out one story.....and dont tell us about the nightly fights that they spit up, or the agro they actually all go through.

if it was another brawler hitting him with something it wouldnt have made the news,

this is true Lou, but have you actually been to many clubs in London & seen how half of them act on the door, obnoxious twatards!!!

It will all soon be changing when they bring in this new thing that bouncers have toi do tho!!

must just be a midlands thing still then at the mo, i know it was all in the news a few years ago about doormen needing to be registerd, and i know around leic & brum did it strait away, dont really know about other counties.

URGHHHH!!!

thats my worst fear!

something going into me little eye ball,

poor bloke ohmy.gif

there's alot of nice bouncers but some do that job purposly for the power kick.

Not just that, adreniline is a funny thing and when that 'red mist' clouds over people(esp men, sorry guys) people do things they wouldnt normally do in that time of rage.

However i heard most bouncers nowadays have to go thro training etc,and some places wont allow men who seem overly aggresive.

might be wrong tho huh.gif
