If you're going to do Ket then make sure you're not drinking anything let alone alcohol, its an anaesthetic and therefore your stomach needs to be completely empty when you take it, the feelings of sickness that someone mentioned is because you have either food or drink in your stomach.

Making a point whether its interesting or not. At the end of the day whats with telling everyone whos done what? Who really cares? I got pissed the other day, I'll just put up a post about it. Actually, no I wont because no one will really give an arse.
