Goin to be flying into Stanstead on the Friday night so i can go visit my family in Essex and meet up with @Mr Happy for drinks, then go down to London the next day for Smile.

All good so far..........Heres the shit bit.

My flight home looks as though it's going to be at 7am Monday, which means being at Stanstead at 6am.

Do I party hard all day Sunday at afterpartys and then just go to Stanstead on the last train Sunday night, and sleep at the airport until my flight?

Or go back to Essex at a reasonable hour on the Sunday morn/afternoon, get some sleep, and get a taxi the next morning (expensive) None of my family over there drive so if i go back there sun, I'll have to get taxi as trains wont be running that early (I think)

Your input would be appreciated

hotel for the sunday might be ya best bet??

but its getting from hotel to stanstead for 6am, dont think trains run that early.

get a hotel nearer stanstead and then taxi it? will be a cheaper taxi too!!??!!

It doesnt matter anymore. I have since found out that my g/f is no longer going, it was because she was going that we had to get the rediculously early flight. she had to be back to go to work by 12.

 

But alas she isnt going so i can do as i please.
