Then go to "MY PROFILE" (at the top)

 

Then where it says..

 

Personal informatiom, passowrd etc (or sumin liek that) click EDIT at the right hand side.

 

Scroll down to where u see a button called BROWSE. Above or below that it will say Enter a URL from another website (avatar or sumin) then paste the link in there..........
