im getting so stressed.......its been 36 hours since my last ciggie!!!! im begining to loose the will to live.

 

had a real shite day, and could really do with one....cant go out to get any cus the kids are asleep!

 

been out all day but kept forgetting to buy some, iv got the munchies and this is the time that i need them the most, otherwise i eat till i pop!

 

aaaaaaaghhhhhhhhhhhh

i gave up week ago, not to hard thank god

 

i dare say ill be at em sunday tho

if it had been a normal day then it wouldnt of been a problem, i can sometimes go 4-5 days without one but cus of hospital and the kids being little bastards, i could really go for one now
