Really?? The techy mixes of Kokane were awesome.

THIS IS GARBAGE!!

Did you like the harder mix of Kokane? wink.gif

*ahem* Yeah anyways, They were signed up by BMG (the music mogul behind Nu Life etc) to do some more commerical projects..

The guy behind Red Hed (forgotten his bloody name now) has also produced for the likes of Liberty X etc!

They're still doing some awesome harder stuff for Nukleuz though!

The mix I liked of kokane was the looped up disco-y, techy one. Think it was Nukluez green

Na, fair play tho. If thats what they want to do then cool. Its not a bad production, just a big step in a different direction.

I suppose its just the same as me producing techno and house.

Yeah the funkier mix was Line 2, which is the one most hard house fans hated!!! lol! - I remember i was sent the 3 original mixes before me & ashley did our remix, and i was just blown away by the production - we kept thinking "how on earth are we gonna better this?!?!"

They're both very very talented people and have been involved in lots of previous commercial projects - This isn't their first big girly trancer either, they've done some wicked others!

But yeah ur right, its all about diversity these days and the better u can diverse, the more chance u have of success, especially given the fact that the market for music atm is so [censored] up!

lol at the hh fans hating it ! typical laugh.gif

I never really buy any nukleuz stuff but went into my mates shop and it was playin and it was like "what the fucks that!" loved it.

Diversity is deffo the way foward, so many genres are crossing over into each other. I think its great, i hate boundries and this whole genre crap. But we wont get into that.

Good to have you about mate, and hope your a regular in the music forums thumbs.gif

Unfortunately mate its the only forums I ever hang around in smile.gif hahaha!

lol @ the hard house fans disliking the techy mixes! - That was the beauty of the release, it was really well done - they had the green disc for trance/techy fans and the blue disc for the hard house fans so it worked really well and the release was really successful

Well deserved too, because as you say the quality of the production on the original mixes was superb - As for that 4th remix...well....hahaha wink.gif I honestly cant stand hearing it now, theres only a certain saturation point when u hear something u've produced before u notice little flaws which put u off it for life!!!
