Just a post to say hi to everyone & inform you all of what ive been doing etc

On a personal note i am feeling a lot better in myself & everything is going really well.

 

I would also like everyone to know that i am still doing promotions for CTW just the same & even though im not posting as much (ie in the ramdom bollox section)i am now registered on over 20 sites spreading the CTW word - that takes a lot of keeping up with!

i am still reading through all the posts & making replies where i think. Thats about it really - hope to see you all soon
