If the landlord has a good track record for getting overdue payments settled up without a fuss and keeps a record of all the transactions, including the reciepts he has issued then he's more likely to believed than you are.

u said it ur'self u have no physical proof, what if they asked to look at u'r outgoings on bank accounts for around the time period u were suppose to pay him!

 

face it, u'r better off paying him!!
