So whats happened to this guys ??

 

Ive just counted 4 threads in "Event Suggestions". 3 of which only have one post (their advert / thread) and the other has nine.

 

Just thought i would point it out.

Its currently being looked at the moment, some posts have been double entered but what we dont want to do is delete events that could benefit members.

who cares? the rule is to delete posts made by non-active members, not just the ones we're not going to.

I had thought the other day that we should perhaps keep some even if its a members first post as they are making us all aware of an event but now I agree with Tom - lets delete them - if no one knows about the event then its unlikely any of the regular members will actually go anyway. I think the regular members we have tend to be aware/post about 90% of the events on.

 

I'll be working on the new events section whilst in Ibiza and on my 2nd week off work back home so expect to finally see some progress rather than just talk!

After thinking this through a bit more this suggestion has been AXED. Anyone can post events in the events section (for now)
