i work in customer services call centre for coors brewery - the main beer we supply is carling, my job is to talk to our customers who order beer from us basically. Just had some woman call in who doesnt have an account with ourselves who wanted to make a complaint about the latest carling advert! i thought what the [censored]? anyway dont know if youve seen advert but its basically a load of people with no ears - then at end u see all the ears flying off like butterflys to music. What is wrong with that? turns out her soon was born with no ears and got really upset when he saw the advert!!

took it all very seriously of course!! showed so much sympathy her poor one eared boy!! logged a call on a miscellaneous account and escalated it to our backdesk team!! classic pass the buck!!
