I got cramp in me foot!!!

I hate that hon, especially in the toe's, it feels like your toe's are crossing over each other!!

my feet are clean but I occaisionally get it!!????

Put your bare foot on a cold surface like a kitchen floor, or doorstep.. that'll stop it. - or stick it in cold water
