i used to use that when i had chewwy chops (after a night out ) does wonders for the sore tongue & bitten bits

Used it at 7 am this morning, have had several coffees so far, and i can still feel/taste the mintyness

It is good stuff that, but you can see all the gunk that comes out of your mouth when you spit

 

Has anybody else heard that you shoudn't brush your teeth after a rather large night out as it ruins the enammel ??

not sure about the brushing thing, but i have heard that doing things that are frowned upon can weaken teeth, and make them more prone to decay.

 

although having said that, i dont have a tooth decay problem, but that luckily is hereditory
