yeh i know hun, they changed it all last year, u don't get secure tenancy straight away anymore, u get year probation like u said, but they had several complaints already, but the council don't want more empty houses round here, cos the more they leave empty the more the tenants ask the forever arkward question "what are you doing with the estate" and they don't wanna answer that, so they are tryin their best to piss everyone off at the moment, and complaints aren't being taken all that seriously, my sis complained cos her next door neighbour threatend her kids and they not done anythin about that, so i doubt they will do anythin about my whingy naighbours

neighbours are a major pain in the arse, think we should set up a vetting commitee where we meet the naighbours and based on questions we ask them wether they get to be our neighbours or not i'd never have any neighbours

i'd rather listen to RnB or garage than what my neighbours play, which is lets who can scream the loudest and band the loudest, then they have a who can break the most items against the wall compitition
