i went into my induction today all ready to start on monday, dead pleased i'd found the job, and at the start we had to introduce ouselves and say a bit about ourselves, so i said a bit about myself and mentioned that i liked to go out clubbin when i get the chance, and the trainer goes off on one about ppl who go clubbin are all druggies, so i argues and said no they ain't, if u think that then u just don't know the scene, but i let it drop and then he sprung it on us that the pay was actually less than what its supposed to be, and that they do random drug tests, nothing about which the agency said a damn thing about, so i started off one about how the agency said our wage was higher than that and they hadn't mentioned any drug testings, n he was like well if not everyone takes drugs at these clubs u go to it won't be a problem will it? so i said well no it wouldn't cos i don't do drugs, no matter where i go or what i'm doing, but thats not the point we're contracted with the agency not the company and u cannot test us for drugs unless we sign something to say we agree with it, n he said yes we can, so i said well stick ur job up ur arse cos i ain't workin for a company that don't trust its temporary staff or an agency that don't tell u the full facts of the position and walked out, best thing is half the ppl there walked out after me cos they didn't want to stay and the agency is not pleased with me, but who cares, theres plenty of other jobs out there

all of us that walked out went for a drink in the nearest pub and had a good laugh about it, i even exchanged phone numbers with a few of them, had to be one of the more interesting days of my life

yeh well i think i'm better off out of it, n i won't take a job from that agency cos they're supposed to give u all the details that the job entails and they didn't do their job properly and i wouldn't have wasted nearly 20 quid in expenses over the last three days, lmfto don't u just lurve agencies??

u could have asked him if 'all clubbers are druggies' is his own personal view, or that of the company. since he was giving the presentation, he's basically a rep for the company. knob (him!!)
