Stressed out by the whole yoghurt episode smile.gif I popped out to have my first cigarette of the day.

 

It tasted awful

 

When you haven't had a cigarette in a while, that first one makes you feel sick frown.gif

 

Conclusion: chain smoking is far better smile.gif
