Pete Waterman is also a legend, he's introduced so many underground scenes to the mainstream it's unreal.

Without Pete we'd never have heard the likes of Aswad and the prodigy and that's just the tip of the iceberg. I'll always be eternally grateful for launching the careers of Kylie and Jason Donovan.

He deserves nuff respect.

you are joking...

the prodigy would have emerged if a lettuce managed them.

Pete Waterman launched reggae on an unsuspecting British public and paved the way for many others in this country (including Marley). Big Beat wasn't popular in this country until Waterman got the prodigy in the charts.

He has a nack of being able tell us what we want to be listening to and make it mainstream, that is why he's so rich.
